Rajdarbaar in Dusseldorf

The best Indian I've found in Düsseldorf so far. Cozy dining room, nice staff and really good food. A highlight is the Sunday buffet, where there are always different dishes for every taste. Delicious oven-fresh naan bread is served with it. Finally an Indian who gets serious with sharpness.

Review is based upon food quality, ambience, staff and Location. Food Quality: 5/5 I ordered Madras thali and chicken tikka uploaded the images in the review. The spiciness was not there as per indian expectations but it certainly has a good taste. The chicken was very tender and flavourful. Chicken in the thali had a coconut and Joghurt gravy so it was mild though flavourful. Madras thali: 1 chicken gravy 1 bowl rice 1 bowl dal 1 bowl raita 1 Naan (2 pieces cut in half) 1 Dessert (Gulab Jamun) I really enjoyed Naan it was very fresh and had that aroma of fresh bread which you can't resist. I would recommend getting anything paired with naan you won't regret it. Ambience: The place is very warm and comfy. Staff: The owner is very friendly and so is the staff. Location: It's very close to the Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) around 10 min walk or even less.

Super tasty, super price-performance and super service. I had the mild lamm lunch menu. Daal soup and naan were served as a side dish for free:)

We ordered a delivery service today and loved it. The delivery took almost 1.5 hours, but it was worth the wait. A real taste explosion, very good portion sizes. There is a very good vegan selection of dishes, starters and side dishes. Gladly again!

The starter was unfortunately cold (baked vegetables) My chicken had the promised spiciness and was delicious, the menu of my wife did not meet her expectations, although we are absolute fans of Indian cuisine.

Very good food and excellent service... all the people in the restaurant were so friendly... very happy with the place... Had the veg and chicken thali... the chicken curry was lip smacking...

We have now been there twice for an overwhelming meal. It has come true that he is one of the top addresses in Düsseldorf. An absolute must for every India fan. Quality Indian food by proper Indian chef

For me it was too much Korean food, but the ambience, staff, taste and price-performance ratio were really very good. I can really recommend it. The 5.50 for lunch that can be read outside, however, only refer to a single dish.

Really nice food. The owner is very friendly. They give an all you can eat buffet for only 14 euros. He also gave me chai.

I like the restaurant very much, by the way it is very favorably located - almost in the center of Dusseldorf. Indian cuisine has never failed. In the evenings, almost always at the end of the week, a full landing. The staff is very smiling and friendly ???

Ordered food at 9:25 pm and got it at 9:50 pm . The chicken Briyani was worse it was just like some colored rice and it was cold. No hotness. People think twice before ordering.

Food quality is very good. Staaf is also friendy. Location is great near to Oststrasse. We orderes Dal palak, roti and Dal shorba. Shorba was just awesome.

It is one of the good Indian restaurant in Düsseldorf . If you are a vegetarian, go for Daal tadka and paneer tikka. For non-vegetarian, all dishes are good. My all time favorite is chilly chicken.

Nice restaurant. Helpful and co operative staff. The food was also very tasty. We really enjoyed eating Indian dishes. The dishes were custom made considering a child with us. If you tell no spicy for kid,they will make the food accordingly.

Nice ambience, good food. Polite staff, option of buffet on sunday noon. Usually occupied , and many visitors. Variety on menu, with many veg and non veg curries. Price is reasonable. Would recommend to try once.
